“MONNARI TRADE S.A.” Management Board hereby presents the agenda of publishing dates of periodic reports in 2009:

• extended consolidated report for Q4 2008 r. QSr – 27.02.2009
• report and annual consolidated report for 2008 - Qsr - 30.04
• extended consolidated report for Q1 2009 r. QSr – 12.05.2009
• extended consolidated half year report including an abbreviated half year financial statement of the Mother Company (PSr ) - 31.08.2009
• extended consolidated report for Q3 2009 r. QSr – 06.11.2009

Date of submitting the annual report and consolidated annual report oraz of "MONNARI TRADE" S.A. will be published later depending on the date of Shareholder’s General Meeting where the financial reports will be approved – in compliance with § 98 section 10 of the above mentioned regulation of the Minister of Finance.
